Grow, Poppy, Grow!
A calm, private baby tracker for the 3 a.m. feed. Log feeds, diapers, sleep, pumping, and growth in a tap, and share the log with your partner through your own iCloud.
Everything at a glance, nothing in the way.
Grow, Poppy, Grow! shows when your baby last ate, which side is next, how many wet and dirty diapers you’ve logged today, and how long they’ve been awake. One-tap diaper buttons and a big Start/Stop nursing timer make logging possible with one hand.

Help with Grow, Poppy, Grow!
Email andrew@scaleworks.studio and include your iPhone model, iOS version, and what you were trying to do. We usually reply within two business days.
How do I share the log with my partner or a caregiver?
Open Settings & Family, choose Invite / manage caregivers, and send the iCloud invitation. Each caregiver uses their own Apple Account. The owner can make someone view-only, give temporary access that ends at a set time, or remove access.
Where is my data stored?
On your iPhone, in the app’s private storage, and (if you share a family) in your own iCloud account. Scaleworks never receives your baby’s records. The app also keeps automatic daily backups that you can find in the Files app under On My iPhone › Little Log › Backups.
Can I import from another baby tracker?
Yes. Choose Family → Import CSV / restore backup. Nara Baby exports are recognized automatically; other CSV files can be mapped column by column with a preview before anything is saved.
How do I export or back up?
Export & backup offers full JSON backups, CSV, a PDF for your pediatrician, and a plain-language summary. You can also choose a folder, for example in iCloud Drive, to keep a copy of each automatic backup outside the app.
Is this medical advice?
No. Grow, Poppy, Grow! is a record-keeping tool. Reference ranges and WHO growth percentiles are general information, and the app does not calculate doses or diagnose. Always talk to your pediatrician about your baby’s health.
How do I delete my data?
Settings & Family → Permanently delete family removes a family from your device and iCloud after a confirmation. Deleting the app removes its on-device database.
